摘  要:采用壳聚糖对蚕丝/羊绒纱线进行预处理,然后用活性染料、酸性染料和媒介染料等进行染色,分析染色工艺中壳聚糖用量、染色温度、染色时间以及染液pH值等因素对上染百分率和K/S值的影响。对比未经处理和经处理的蚕丝/羊绒纱线的上染百分率,研究结果表明:蚕丝/羊绒纱线经过壳聚糖处理后,其上染百分率和K/S值均得到提高;提高预处理液中壳聚糖用量也可以提高染料的上染百分率;而且蚕丝/羊绒纱线经壳聚糖处理后,可以明显降低其染色温度;当壳聚糖用量在0.2%(owl)时,染浴pH值应控制在4—5,染色温度85℃,时间70min左右,蚕丝/羊绒纱线可获得较好的上染效果。The use of chitosan on the pretreatment of silk/cashmere blended yarn, and then with reactive dyes, acid dyes and mordant dyes for dyeing, concentration of chitosan in the dyeing temperature, dyeing time and pH value, influence factors on the dyeing rate and K/S value. Compared with untreated and treated by chitosan silk/cashmere blended yarn dyeing rate, the results showed that: silk/cashmere blended yarn after chitosan treatment, the dyeing rate and K/S value can be improved, improving the pretreatment solution concentration of chitosan can also improve the dye uptake rate, and silk/cashmere blended yarn treated with chitosan, can obviously reduce the dyeing temperature. When the concentration of chitosan in the dyeing bath was 0.2% (owl) , pH value should be controlled at around 4 - 5, dyeing temperature 85℃, time about 70 min, velvet yarn can obtain better dyeing effect.
