助剂在羊绒针织物仿珍印花中的应用

摘　　要：仿珍特种印花以局部印花为主,主要起到对织物装饰点缀的作用。文章选取不同的黏合剂、增稠剂、抗氧化剂,在实验的基础上,分析不同种类的助剂对羊绒针织物金粉印花色牢度和手感的影响。增稠剂CN适合印制清晰的图案,可得到较好的印花效果,抗氧化剂苯并三氮唑的抗氧化效果好,能与金银粉中的金属生成不溶性混合物,从而对金粉起到保护作用,N9211为适宜印花的黏合剂。Pearly printing based its printing on local printing, was used as fabric＇s decoration. This text choose differents binder, thickener and antioxidant bases on experiment to analysis the influence of differences auxiliary agent to color fastness and handle of gold print in cashmere knit goods. Thickener CN fit printed clear pattern, it will get a good printing effect. Antioxidant benzotriazole has a good antioxidant effect, and it mixs with metal in gold silver powder generate insoluble mixture, then the gold is not easy to be destroyed. N9211 is the binder which is fit printing.
