摘 要:低碳热带动了很多国内产业园区向低碳产业园区转型,"低碳化"成为物流园区塑造竞争力的重要方式.为科学的测度低碳物流园区低碳竞争力的情况,构建了一个多维度的评价指标体系.利用AHP法确定指标的权重,基于集对分析并结合马尔科夫链理论,构建双层动态评价模型,选取湖州某物流园区2009一2012年的数据,对其低碳竞争力进行动态分析,为物流园区制定合理的低碳竞争力提升策略提供依据.A lot of industrial park changes to low carbon industrial park because of low carbon advocating.Low carbon becomes a important way to improve the competitive abihty of Logistic park..In this paper,a multidimensional evaluation index system is constructed,which is used to measured the low carbon competitiveness of Logistic park.The weight of index is determined with AHP,and a double dynamic evaluation model is constructed based on SPA and the theory of Markov chain.At last,the dynamic analysis about the low carbon competitiveness of Logistics Park in Huzhou is implemented selecting data from 2009to 2012,and the promotion strategy of low carbon competitiveness is establish based on the analytic results.
