摘　　要：分析了幕墙渗漏的原因,指出消除缝隙两侧的压力差、实现压力平衡是解决渗漏的根本措施。介绍了雨幕原理和压力平衡的关系,重点介绍了雨屏和压力平衡体系的设计方法。与传统的直接在外层打胶密封方法相比",雨幕原理"设计方案防渗效果更可靠、使用寿命更持久。This paper analyzes leakage causes of curtain wall and points out that eliminating pressure difference between two sides of the crack is the basic measures to solve leakage problem. It also introduces relationship between rain act principle and pressure balance, and focuses on their design methods. Compared to traditional methods glue sealing in the outer layer, the method of “rain act principle” has better waterproofing effect and longer service life.
