摘　　要：JGJ 255—2012《采光顶与金属屋面技术规程》研究范围包括玻璃和聚碳酸酯板等面板及其支承结构、金属平板屋面和金属压型板屋面以及屋顶太阳能光伏系统,涉及采光顶与金属屋面的设计、结构计算、加工制作、安装施工和维护维修等,并对光伏系统、抗风掀试验及性能分级、屋面"三性"试验等作出规定。本文的解析有助于对规程的理解和准确执行。Research contents of JGJ 255—2012 《Technical specification for skylight and metal roof》 include glass and polycarbonate panel and its support structure,metal flat roof,profile metal plate roof,roof solar photovoltaic system,involve design,structure calculation,manufacture,installation construction,and maintenance of skylight and metal roof,etc,also the specification makes provisions for photovoltaic system,wind uplift resistance test and its performance classification,test for air permeability,water tightness,wind load resistance performance of roof,etc.This interpretation contributes to understanding and executing exactly of the specification.
