摘 要:由于各种不确定因素的存在,实际电力系统具有一定的脆弱性,使得其运行状态往往易受到电力系统内外部扰动的影响而进入异常运行状态。文中从电网结构的超常变化、间歇性电源功率的剧烈波动、负荷高峰期的快速攀升和低谷期的快速下降等方面,描述了考察电网运行状态和趋势是否进入异常的着眼点。通过对电网运行状态和趋势异常的典型情景分析,梳理出了电网运行当前情景和状态恶化的因果性、状态和趋势的差异性等基本关系,并由此建立了反映电网运行异常的状态特征与趋势指标体系及评估流程与方法。进一步地,给出了整定有关参数阈值的指导性原则,并分析了可行的态势异常程度综合评估方法。Owing to a great variety of uncertainties, the actual power system usually faces certain vulnerabilities related to the inner and outer disturbances to make it go into abnormal operation states. Described in this paper are several possible typical precipitating factors making the power system go into abnormal operation states, including supernormal changes in the power grid structure, dramatic power fluctuation of intermittent energy, rapid ramping or dropping during peak or valley load periods. By analyzing the typical scenes of abnormal operation states and tendencies of power networks, the causality between scenario and state and the difference between state and tendency are sorted out for power systems. On this basis, state features and tendency indices are set up to embody the abnormal operations of power systems, and the corresponding assessment framework and methods are also given. Furthermore, guiding principles for parameter setting are given, and feasible comprehensive evaluation methods for abnormal operation states and tendencies are analyzed.
