摘 要:分析了传统零序电抗继电器的动作性能,其动作特性具有随运行方式和过渡电阻变化的自适应性能,因此具有很好的耐受过渡电阻能力,但受电侧零序电抗继电器存在区外高阻接地故障时保护误动的问题。在分析了保护误动原因的基础上,提出了一种通过增加辅助姆欧阻抗继电器的解决方案。该方案解决了区外高阻接地故障时零序电抗继电器保护误动的问题,且同时在区内故障时具有较好的耐受过渡电阻能力,理论分析和仿真结果验证了该方案的有效性。The action characteristics of zero-sequence reactance relay are discussed. The zero-sequence reactance has the great detection ability of high resistance fault for its adaptive performance with the change in the earth fault reactance and operation characteristics, but there is a serious shortcoming of the external high resistance ground fault leading to protection maloperation at the receiving side. An improved protection scheme by adding an auxiliary mho impedance relay is proposed to solve the problem of protection maloperation under an external high resistance ground fault. Moreover, the new protection scheme also has sufficient detection ability of a high resistance fault. Theoretical analysis and simulative tests have proved the above conclusions.
