莪术挥发油提取工艺优化试验研究

摘　　要：通过正交设计实验 ,以挥发油提取得率为考察指标 ,探讨莪术挥发油最佳提取工艺。结果表明 ,最佳提取工艺条件为 :莪术粗粉 ,8倍加水量 ,提取The optimum extraction conditions were investigated by the orthogonal design and the extraction content of volatile oil was choosen as the detective index. The optimum extraction condition obtained Rhizoma Curcumae rough powder, adding 8 fold of water, extracting for 7h.
