摘 要:中肠是家蚕进行营养物质消化、吸收的重要器官,也是抵御外来病原微生物的第一道天然屏障。以高温耐受性家蚕品种932G和对高温相对敏感的家蚕品种皓月为实验材料,分别在高温(35℃±0.5℃,RH 75%±2%)和高温高湿(35℃±0.5℃,RH 95%±2%)条件下饲养,观察家蚕幼虫中肠上皮细胞的超微结构变化。结果表明:高温或高温高湿处理后,家蚕幼虫中肠上皮细胞内出现空泡化、细胞核固缩、内质网等细胞器变形损伤症状,并随处理时间的增加细胞损伤的程度加剧;高温处理较高温高湿处理对中肠上皮细胞结构造成的损伤更为严重;高温或高湿高湿处理后,高温敏感品种皓月与耐高温品种932G相比,其幼虫中肠上皮细胞受损伤程度更为严重,处理24 h细胞空泡化、内质网变形等症状更为明显。研究结果为阐释不同家蚕品种对高温高湿的耐受性差异以及不良环境对家蚕生长发育的影响提供了组织形态学依据。Abstract Midgut is an important organ for nutrient digestion and absorption in silkworm (Bombyx mori). It is also the first natural barrier against external pathogenic microorganisms. To observe and analyze the ultra-structural changes of intestinal epithelial cells, silkworm variety 932G which is tolerant to high temperature and Haoyue which is relatively sensi- tive to high temperature were chosen as the experimental materials and reared under high temperature (5℃±0.5℃,RH95%±2%) and high temperature high humidity (35℃±0.5℃,RH75%±2%) condition for observing the ultra- structural changes of silkworm intestinal epithelial cells. It is shown that high temperature treatment or high temperature high humidity treatment could cause injury symptoms including vacuolization, nucleus pyknosis, deformation of endoplas- mic reticulum and other organelles in silkworm intestinal epithelial cells. The degree of injury was aggravated when thetreatment time was prolonged. The intestinal epithelial cells treated by high temperature were }njured more seriously in comparison with those treated by high tem- perature high humidity. After high temperature or high temperature high humidity treatment, the degree of injury to intestinal epithelial cells of high temperature sensitive variety Haoyue was more serious than that of high temper-ature tolerant variety 932G, showing more remarkable vacuolization and endoplasmic reticulum deformation at 24 h after treatment. These results provide histological and morphological evidence for exploring tolerance difference of different silkworm varieties against high temperature and humidity as well as its influence on silkworm growth and development.
