摘  要:1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-deoxynojirimycin,DNJ)属于强α-糖苷酶抑制剂,具有降血糖功能,是最受关注和最具开发利用潜力的桑树活性物质之一。本文通过系统总结国内外关于桑树DNJ及其衍生物的药理作用与在动物、人体内的药代动力学研究进展,阐述桑树DNJ在降血糖、抗病毒、抗肿瘤方面的药理作用机制,以及在动物、人体内的吸收、分布、代谢和排泄过程,为桑树DNJ药物设计、给药方案优化、药物剂型改进以及毒副作用和临床应用研究提供基础药理学与药代动力学依据。As a strong inhibitor of 1-glycosidases, 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ) has antidiabetic activity. It attracts the most concern and becomes one of the most potential agents for development and utilization of mulberry active substances. This paper systematically summarized the research progresses on pharmacological functions of mulberry DNJ and its de- rivatives at home and abroad, as well as pharmacokinetic research in animal and human body. In addition, the functio- ning mechanisms of mulberry DNJ in reducing blood sugar level, anti-virus and anti-tumor, and the biological processes of mulberry DNJ absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion in animal and human were elaborated. This will pro- vide basic pharmacological and pharmacokinetic basis for drug design, drug delivery, drug form, side effects and clini- cal application of mulberry DNJ.
