摘　　要：目的观察知柏地黄汤加味治疗阴虚火旺型精液液化异常的临床疗效。方法选择165例符合纳入标准的患者,采用知柏地黄汤加味治疗,疗程为1个月;观察精液液化时间及精子活动力变化情况。结果显效124例,有效25例,无效16例,总有效率为90.3%;治疗后精液液化时间明显减少(P<0.05),精子前向运动率、存活率明显提升(P<0.05)。结论知柏地黄汤加味对阴虚火旺型精液液化异常疗效明显。Objective To study the efficacy of ＂ Zhibai Dihuang Decoction＂ for semen abnormal liquefaction of yin deficiency fire hyperactivity pattern. Methods One hundred and sixty-five patients were treated with ＂Zhibai Dihuang Decoction＂, with the course of 1 month. The semen liquefaction time and sprain motility were observed. Results It achieved excellent results in 124 cases and it was effective in 25 cases, without any effect in 16 cases. The overall effective rate was 90.3% ; after treatment, the sperm liquefaction time was shortened significantly（P 〈 0.05）, and the motility rate and survival rate were increased markedly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Zhibai Dihuang Decoction＂ has therapeutic effect on semen abnormal liquefaction of yin deficiency fire hyperactivity pattern. It is deserve to be popularized and applied in clinics.
