摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法测定人血浆中的二羟丙茶碱。以咖啡因为内标，色谱柱为EliteSinoChromODSAP C18柱，以甲醇-水（22：78）为流动相，检测波长273nm。二羟丙茶碱在5．2～260．0μg／ml范围内线性关系良好；方法回收率为97．71％～99．23％，提取回收率为90．58％～92．56％，日内和日间RSD分别为5．19％～8．19％和1．53％～8．49％。An HPLC method was established for the determination of diprophylline in human plasma. Caffeine was used as the internal standard. An Elite SinoChrom ODS AP C18 column was used, with the mobile phase of methanol- water （22 ： 78） at the detection wavelength of 273 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5.2 - 260 μg/ml. The method recoveries were 97.71% - 99.23 % and the extraction recoveries were 90.58 % - 92.56 %. The intra- and inter- day RSDs were 5.19 % - 8.19 % and 1.53 % - 8.49 %, respectively.
