摘 要:针对异常温升致高压导线耐张线夹处断线的多发性现象,采用理论和试验方法对其断线规律进行研究.在对液压后耐张线夹内线股应力状态定量化的基础上,提出了线股损伤速率定量模型.结果表明,导线与线夹之间的应力、钢芯与铝股间的应力以及双层铝股间的应力分别为47.2、96.9、87.0 MPa;线夹内线股损伤速率为4.802 8mm3/a,线夹外线股损伤速率为0.825 7mm3/a,两者比值为5.81倍,即线夹内线股损伤致异常温升的断线倾向明显高于线夹外的导线.由此可为高压输电导线的安全监控提供一定的技术支持.The fracture rule of strands in the strain clamp by abnormal temperature rising is studied by methods of theoretical analysis and experiments. Quantitative model of strands damage rate is established based on the quantitative extrusion stress between strands in the clamp. The results show that the stresses between conductor and clamp, between steel strands and aluminum strands, between double aluminum strands are 47. 2, 96. 9, 87.0 MPa respectively. The strands damage rate in and out of the clamp are 4. 802 8 mm3/a and 0. 825 7 mm3/a respectively. The probability of conductor fracture in clamp caused by damage abnormal temperature rising is obviously higher than those outside of clamp. The research results can provide certain technical support and decision-making basis for high-voltage transmission conductor safety monitoring.
