摘　　要：目的 :观察妊娠肝内胆汁瘀积症对妊娠中晚期的影响。结果 :32 2例临床资料表明 ,可使妊娠期贫血、产后出血、羊水污染、围生儿死亡的发生率明显高于正常对照组孕妇。结论 :病情程度随血清甘胆酸值的升高而加重。Objective: It is to observe the effect of Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy during middle or late pregnancy. Results: The present study from 322 cases showed that the morbidity of anemia gravidarum, postpartum hemorrhage, amniotic fluid contamination and perinatal infant death in patients suffering from intrahepatic cholestasisis of pregnancy is higher significantly than normal pregnant women. Conclusion: The condition of patients was worse with the increase of cholic acid in serum. \;
