摘　　要：目的测定通络清脑注射粉针皂苷类成分药代动力学参数。方法利用LC-MS法检测Beagle犬血浆中人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1、Rd、Rc、Rb2/3、Rg2、F1、Rf和三七皂苷R1经时变化,提供给药方案。结果利用正离子检测方法,分析主要成分离子对,可同时测定不同时间血清药物含量。结论该方法的精密度、准确度和稳定性均符合要求。实验结果显示该法选择性强、灵敏度高、操作简便。Objective This paper aims to determinate pharmacokinetics of ginsenosides in Tongluo Qingnao injection Powder. Methods A sensitive liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometric （ LC - MS/MS） method was developed and validated for the simultaneous quantification of Ginsenoside Rg1,Re, Rb1, Rd, Rc, Rb2/3, Rg2, Rf, F1 and Notoginsenoside R1 in dog plas- ma. Results A tandem mass spectrometer equipped with electrospray ionization source was used as detector and operated in the positive ion mode. Conclusion The method was sensitive, accurate, rapid and can be applied to determine the plasma concentra- tion of ginsenosides.
