摘 要:目的建立苍耳草总酚酸的含量测定方法并探讨其抗炎作用。方法用绿原酸做对照品,用50%甲醇溶液定容,采用紫外分光光度法在426 nm处测定吸光度;以阿司匹林为阳性对照,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法来观察苍耳草的抗炎作用。结果苍耳草药材的平均含量为5.22%,RSD=0.17%,并且能明显减轻二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀,与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论实验中建立的方法方便准确,可用于苍耳草总酚酸的含量测定并显示具有明显的抗炎作用。Objective A method for determination of total phenolic acid in Xanthium sibiricum Patrin exWidder is set up. And discuss the anti - inflammatory effects of Xanthium sibiricum Patrin exWidder. Methods Total phenolic acid is determined by the method of spectrophotometry at 426 nm with chlorogenic acid as reference material, and the solution is diluted to scale with 50% carbinol. Ear swelling induced by xylene in mice edema induced was used to observe the anti - inflammatory effects of Xanthium sibiricum Patrin exWidder. Results The contents of total phenolic acid are assayed as 5.22% of Xanthium sibiricum Patrin ex- Widder. The RSD is 0.17%. The ear edema induced by xylene in mice ankle swelling induced was remarkably inhibited by Xanth- ium sibiricum Patrin exWidder. Conclusion The experimental method is convenient and accurate, and could be used for determi- nation of total phenolic in Xanthium sibiricum Patrin exWidder and has anti - inflammatory effects.
