摘 要:目的研究幼龄自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)胸主动脉超微结构的变化及黄连解毒汤(HLJD)对其的影响。方法 6周龄自发性高血压大鼠20只,随机分为模型组(n=10)、HLJD组(n=10),年龄和体质量匹配的wistar-Kyoto(WKY)大鼠为空白组(n=10)。灌胃法给药6周后观察各组大鼠收缩压变化及胸主动脉超微结构的改变。结果透射电镜下HLJD能使SHR胸主动脉超微结构的改变得到明显逆转,明显减轻SHR大鼠血管内皮细胞超微结构的损伤,使胸主动脉内皮细胞基本保持完整形态,无核坏死;减轻细胞肿胀、细胞器的外漏现象;保持线粒体排列整齐、血管内皮细胞间隙正常;内弹力层较完整,均匀。结论 SHR在高血压前期已存在内皮细胞结构的损伤,黄连解毒汤早期应用可改善SHR胸主动脉血管内皮超微结构的改变。Objective To study young spontaneously hypertensive rats ( SHR ) of the thoracic aortic ultrastruetural changes and Huanglian Jiedu decoction (HLJD) to its influence. Methods 6 -week -old spontaneously hypertensive rats of 20, randomly di- vided into model group (n = 10), HLJD group (n = 10) ; age and weight matched wistar - Kyoto ( WKY ) rats as the blank group ( n = 10 ). Irrigate medicine to stomach for six weeks ,observe the changes of rat~ systolic blood pressure and uhrastructur- al changes of thoracic aorta. Results Under the transmission electron microscope, HLJD can reverse SHR's thoracic aorta ultra- structural changes significantly and reduce the injury of SHR's ultrastrncture of endothelial cells, remain the thoracic aorta endo- thelial cells in intact morphology, seedless necrosis, reduce the swelling of cells and organelles leakage phenomenon, keep mito- chondria neatl arranged, vascular endothelial cell's gap normal, internal elastic lamina complete and uniform. Conclusion SHR has structural damage of endothelial cells in prehypertension, Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can improve SHR's thoracic aorta endo- thelium ultrastructural changes in early application.
