摘 要:目的分离黄连多糖成分,研究黄连多糖及黄连水提液的降糖作用及机理。方法采用水提醇沉法提取黄连多糖,采用α-淀粉酶活性的抑制作用实验研究黄连多糖及黄连水提液的降糖活性。结果黄连多糖降糖效果显著,优于阿卡波糖及黄连水提液。结论黄连多糖与黄连中其它物质在降糖作用方面存在显著的协同作用。Objective The polysaccharide was separated from Coptis chinensis Franch in order to investigate the action of polysac- charide and hydrophilic constituents from Coptis chinensis Franch on glucose -lowering effect. Methods Polysaccharide was pre- pared by water extraction and alcohol precipitation. The inhibitory effect of polysaecharide and hydrophilic constituents on α- am- ylase activity was determined. Results The glucose - lowering effect of the polysaecharide is notable and better than acarbose and hydrophilic constituents. Conclusion The results suggest that polysaccharide had a synergistic action with other composition in Coptis chinensis Franch on glucose -lowering effect.
