羊角拗根的体外抑菌活性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨羊角拗根的体外抑菌作用。方法采用MTT法检测供试菌种的活性,在菌种活性较强时,通过纸片法测定羊角拗根提取物对菌种的抑菌作用。结果羊角拗根的乙醇提取物、水提物、石油醚萃取物对供试菌无抑菌作用,而甲醇洗脱物对供试菌表现出一定的抑菌活性。结论羊角拗根的甲醇洗脱物具有一定的体外抑菌活性。Objective To research on the in vitro antibacterial activity of the root of goat -horns [ Strophanthus divaricatus （ Lour. ） Hook. et Am. ]. Methods The microbes viabilities were determined by MTT. And the antibacterial activities of the ex- tracts from the root of goat - horns were detected by slip method when the microbes had stronger antimicrobial activities. Results The ethanol extract, aqueous extract and ligarine extract from the root of goat - horns had no effect of growth inhibition on any mi- crobe. The methanol eluting fraction had antibacterial activity to a certain extent. Conclusion The methanol eluting fraction from the root of goat - horns had in vitro antibacterial activity.
