抗柯萨奇B病毒性心肌炎胶囊复方新制剂长期给药对大鼠体质量脏器指数及进食量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察给予抗柯萨奇B病毒性心肌炎胶囊(KCoxBJN)复方新制剂长期给药对大鼠体质量、进食量及脏器指数是否产生影响,以为临床安全用药提供实验依据。方法将Wistar大鼠随机分高、中、低三个剂量组和对照组,每组雌雄各20只,分别为KCoxBJN复方新制剂1.36,0.68和0.34 g·kg-1·d-1灌胃给药(相当于生药量13.6,6.8和3.4 g·kg-1·d-1),为人用有效剂量的40,20和10倍;对照组每天灌胃蒸馏水。实验期间记录大鼠体质量、进食量变化。连续灌胃给药90 d及停药两周后,各组分别随机处死雌雄各6只,记录大鼠主要的脏器指数。结果复方新制剂连续给药90d及停药两周后对大鼠体质量、进食量及脏器指数无明显影响,给药组与对照组比较,均无明显差异。结论 KCoxBJN复方新制剂长期给药期及停药恢复期对大鼠体重、进食量及脏器指数没有造成明显的影响。Objective Observation on viral myocarditis treated with anti Coxsackie B capsule （ KCoxBJN ） compound preparation for long time by gavage on rat body weight, food intake and influence of Viscera index, to provide experimental basis for clinical medication safety. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into the high, midle, low dosage groups and control group, each group of male and female of 20, given respectively KCoxBJN, 0.68g/kg/d and 1.36g/kg/d compound preparation 0.34 g/kg/d （ equivalent to 13.6/kg/d, 6.8g/kg/d and 3.4g/kg/d crude drug dose）, for effective dose of 40 times, 20 times and 10 times of human ; the control group wasaiven daily intragastric administration of distilled water. During the test, recording in rat body weight and food intake changes. Continuous intragastric administration for 90 days and 2 weeks later, saerafice male and female, of 6 each, recordings of rat primary organ index. Results Compound new agents orally for 90 days and 2 weeks after drug withdrnwal, the rat body weight, food intake and Viscera index had no significant effect, drug treatment group compared with the control group, there were no significant differences. Conclusion KCoxBJN compound preparation of long- term administration and with- drawal during the recovery period of rat has no evident impact on body weight, food intake and Viscera index.
