基于文本挖掘方法的哮喘临床用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的使用文本挖掘方法分析治疗哮喘的临床用药规律。方法在中国生物医学文献数据库中采集治疗哮喘的相关文献,建立Access数据库,运用SQL对数据进行处理,结合人工降噪,分析中药、中成药、西药及中西药联用治疗哮喘的用药规律。结果检索到文献34248篇,麻黄、细辛、黄芪等依次为治疗哮喘的高频中药;咳喘宁、黄芪注射液、消喘膏等依次为治疗哮喘的高频中成药;沙丁胺醇、茶碱、氨茶碱等依次为治疗哮喘的高频西药;咳喘宁、川芎嗪注射液和西药地塞米松分别是中西药联用时最常用的中成药和西药。结论文本挖掘技术能够找到治疗哮喘的高频使用的中药、中成药与西药,以及联用的中成药与西药,并为分析中成药和西药治疗哮喘的使用规律提供文献学依据。Objective To analyze the regularity of clinical medication in the treatment of asthma with text mining approach. Methods Literatures on Chinese herbs, Chinese patent drugs and west medicine treating asthma were collected from Chinese Bio- medical Literature Database （CBM） and Access database was established. Above data was processed by SQL, meanwhile, data noise was removed with artificial means. And then, primary Chinese herbs, Chinese patent drugs and west medicine treating asth- ma and their combination regularity were analyzed. Results 34248 literatures were searched. Ephedra, asarum, astragalus, liq- uorice were commonly used in sequence from high to low as Chinese herb treating asthma. Kechuanning tablet, astragalus injec- tion, xiaochuan paste and tanreqing injection were commonly used in sequence from high to low as Chinese patent drugs treating asthma. Salbutamol, theophylline, aminophylline and dexamethasone were commonly used in sequence from high to low as west medicine treating asthma. Kechuanniug tablet, ligustrazine injection and dexamethasone were the most commonly used respective- ly as Chinese patent drugs and west medicine when the combination therapy of Chinese patent drugs and west medicine. Conclu- sion With text mining approach Chinese herb, Chinese patent drugs, west medicine and the combination of Chinese patent drugs with western medicine used commonly could be searched. And this approach could provide the basis of literatures for the analysis of the regularity of clinical medication in the treatment of asthma.
