摘  要:目的观察热敏灸对失眠大鼠模型行为学及甩尾反应潜伏期的影响,了解热敏灸治疗失眠的效果。方法雄性SD大鼠32只,随机分为4组:正常组、模型组、艾灸组和热敏灸组,每组8只。采用腹腔注射对氯苯丙氨酸(PCPA)制备失眠大鼠模型,用Ethovision XT视频跟踪系统录制大鼠活动观察大鼠的行为学表现,Morris水迷宫测试大鼠的学习记忆力;用鼠尾光照测痛仪测量甩尾反应潜伏期。结果与正常组相比,模型组大鼠昼夜节律消失;逃避潜伏期延长;甩尾反应潜伏期延长。与模型组比较,热敏灸组大鼠昼夜活动节律基本恢复正常;逃避潜伏期缩短;甩尾反应潜伏期缩短。结论热敏灸具有改善睡眠的效果;甩尾潜伏期可随着病情的好转而缩短。Objective To observe the effect of heat - sensitive moxibustion on behavioral results and tail - flick latencies in the model rat of insomnia. Methods 32 male SD rats were divided randomly into 4 groups with 8 rats in each group, i. e. normal group, model group, moxibustion group, and heat - sensitive moxibustion group. The model was induced by para - chloropheny- lalanine (PCPA) intraperitoneal injection. The rats'behavior was regularly recorded half- hour per day with Ethovision XT video tracking system. Learning and memory abilities were evaluated with Morris water maze. Tail - flick latency was determined with Tail Flick Analgesia Meter. Results Compared with rats in normal group, the sleep - wake rhythm disappeared ; both the escape period and the tail -flick latency were elongated;Compared with rats in model group, insomnia symptoms were gradually restored after treatment;both the escape period and the tail - flick latency were shortened in rats of heat - sensitive moxibustion group. Conclusion Heat- sensitive moxibustion improves insomnia symptoms;and tail -flick latency is positively related to illness re- lief.
