量表在偏头痛针刺临床研究中的应用现状与分析

摘　　要：由于偏头痛缺乏良好的客观评价指标,近年来,各类量表已成为测量和评价偏头痛严重程度和治疗效果的重要工具。该文分析了各类量表在针刺治疗偏头痛临床研究中的应用现状,进一步探讨了量表在针刺治疗偏头痛临床研究中应注意的问题,并提出偏头痛专用生活质量量表与其他辅助量表相结合使用来全面评价其疗效的研究思路,从而为后续研究提供借鉴与参考。Recently scale has become the important instrument to measure and evaluate the severity and curative effect of mi- graine due to the lack of measurable objective evaluating indexes. This paper analyzed the scale application status in the efficacy e- valuation of acupuncture for migraine studies and further discussed the problems existing in the scale application of acupuncture for migraine research. In conclusion, the authors suggested that the conjunctive use of the migraine - specific quality of life scale and other auxiliary scales can be recommended to evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture for migraine so as to provide reference for the further research.
