摘　　要：目的 :分析桥本氏病并发自主高功能性腺瘤的手术治疗。方法 :对 18例在我院接受手术治疗的患者进行回顾性分析。结果 :18例均单纯腺瘤切除加对侧活检 ,术后病理确诊 ,术后给予甲状腺素后续治疗 ,随访甲状腺功能正常。结论 :对桥本氏病并发自主高功能性腺瘤行单纯腺瘤切除加对侧甲状腺切取活检 ,术后内分泌后续治疗疗效确切。Objective:It is to analyze operation therapy for hashim oto's disease complicated with autohyperfunction thyroid adenoma. Methods:18referred cases undergoing operations were analyzed retrospectively. Results:All patients were accepted adenom a resection and opposite side biopsy,with pathological confirm ation and postsurgical thyroidotherapy. The thyroid funtions were norm al with follow -up. Conclusion:It is desireable for hashimoto's disease complicated with autohyperfunction thyroid adenom a to have adenom a resected and opposite side biopsy,and postsurgical endocrinic therapy is also im portant.
