我国自然保护区内少数民族发展现状及可持续发展路径思考

摘　　要：目前我国还有很多农民居住在自然保护区范围内,其中很大一部分属于少数民族人口。这些居住在自然保护区内的少数民族人口普遍生活贫困,发展受到很大的限制。为此,我们需要在自然保护区的区划调整与分类管理,自然保护区内集体林地的征收、赎买、租赁、置换,生态移民,等等方面做出更多的探索,帮助自然保护区内少数民族的发展。At present, a lot of farmers still live in the range of natural protection area, including a large part of minority population. Those minority population living in the natural protection area generally live in poverty, development limited. Therefore, we need to adjust division of the natural protection area, practise classification management, search new roads of levy, purchase, lease, exchange, ecological migration, and so on, helping minority living in the natural protection area developing.
