环境价值论与西部民族地区经济发展的结合研究

摘　　要：利用本地资源优势发展当地经济是西部民族地区发展的基本战略,另外由于地理位置及地理条件因素,西部民族地区的生态环境问题又关系着该地区及全国地区生态环境的稳定,因此经济发展与环境问题是西部民族地区的两个基本问题,两个问题的协调处理具有重要意义。环境价值论是资源经济学的一个重点研究方向,该论题深度阐释了经济发展中环境资源的价值问题,对经济与环境的矛盾关系处理具有积极的指导意义,环境价值论与西部民族地区经济发展结合研究有利于该地区经济开发和生态环境的协调发展。Use of local resources to develop the local economy in the western region development of the basic national strategy, in addition to factors due to geographic and geographical conditions, the western minority areas environmental problems and relations with the regional and national ecological environment of stable, and therefore economic development and environmental the problem is the western region of the two basic problems of national, coordinate and handle the two issues of great significance. Environmental resource economics theory of value is a key research direction, this thesis illustrates the depth of the economic value of environmental resources development problem, the contradiction between economic and environmental treatment has a positive significance, environmental values of economic development in the Western Ethnic Areas binding studies conducive to the region＇s economic development and ecological and environmental development.
