摘  要:高氨氮、重污染原水的处理难度大,尤其在低温、低浊期更难于处理,氨氮很容易超标,会引发水厂产水量下降甚至停产。在低温时期普通生物滤池的生物量和生物活性低,抗冲击负荷能力差,反冲洗频率高,难以应对原水水质(特别是氨氮)的剧烈波动。此外,重污染原水的嗅味强度往往也较大,呈现出突发性污染的趋势。为解决上述问题,采用沉淀、气浮串联与复合滤料生物滤池耦合技术对水厂的平流沉淀/砂滤工艺进行升级改造。改造后的运行结果表明,在低温、低浊、高氨氮、重污染时期该工艺出水的氨氮、COD Mn等指标均满足国家饮用水卫生标准,生物滤池的反冲洗频率减少,运行稳定。Raw water with seasonal heavy pollution and high ammonia nitrogen at low temperature and low turbidity is difficult to treat, causing the reduction of water output, or even stopping water production, shortening backwashing interval of filters and increasing taste and odor intensity in the finished water. The biological filters in low temperature seasons have poor biological activity and low biomass content. A combined process of sedimentation, dissolved air flotation and up-flow biological filter with multilayer media was developed to upgrade the conventional processes such as the horizontal-flow sedimentation and sand filtration in the waterworks. The operation results after the upgrading showed that the finished water quality could meet the requirement of the national drinking water standard, while the biofiher backwash frequency was reduced, and the operation stability was improved.
