摘  要:以实验室小试确定的59.6%(质量分数,下同)原位土壤、36.8%河砂、0.6%聚氨酯泡沫材料和3%铁矿石为土壤地下渗滤系统填料的最优配比,并以此在上海市崇明县建立生活污水处理示范工程,使原位土壤的初始饱和渗透速率从5 cm/d增加到66 cm/d,最大水力负荷为30cm/d。在示范工程连续运行的12个月中,出水COD、NH3-N、TN和TP浓度分别低于35、4、20和0.4 mg/L,并且未发生堵塞现象,土壤地下渗滤系统处理污水的费用为0.08元/m3。The padding ratio of the subsurface infiltration system was optimized by lab-scale experiment. The percentages of soil, river sand, polyurethane foam material and iron ore in the treatment system were 59.6% , 36.8% , 0.6% and 3% respectively. A sewage treatment demonstration project was built in Shanghai Chongming County. The soil initial saturated infiltration rate increased from 5 cm/d to 66 cm/d, and the maximum hydraulic loading of the improved subsurface infiltration system was 30 cm/d. The effluent concentrations of COD, NH3 - N, TN and TP were less than 35 mg/L, 4 mg/L, 20 mg/L and 0.4 mg/L respectively. The demonstration project operated for 12 months continuously without any clogging. The cost of the subsurface infiltration system for sewage treatment was 0.08 yuan/m^3.
