摘 要:根据设计的3个印染废水处理工程的实际运行情况,总结了UASB应用于印染废水处理中的水解酸化效果。结果表明,UASB对不同印染废水的水解酸化效果均较好,适用性较广,对整个处理系统的稳定高效运行起到了关键作用;对COD、色度、SS的去除率分别能够达到47%、75%和70%以上,并且可使出水B/C值提高到0.48以上,污泥浓度高达12 g/L以上;另外,UASB水解酸化反应器的抗冲击负荷能力较强,一定范围内的水质和水量波动、水温变化及pH值变化对其处理效果的影响较小。According the actual operations of three printing and dyeing wastewater treatment plants, the hydrolysis and acidification of printing and dyeing wastewater in UASB were summarized. The results showed that UASB was effective and applicable for hydrolysis and acidification of different printing and dyeing wastewaters, and it played a key role in the high-efficiency operation of the full system. The removal rates of COD, color and SS were more than 47% , 75% and 70%. The effluent B/C ratio was increased to more than 0.48, and the MLSS was UASB, hydrolysis and acidification were slightly temperature as well as pH. more than 12 g/L.
