摘  要:针对上海市白龙港污水处理厂的污泥产率问题,在污水厂内开展了中试研究,考察了进水水质、污泥负荷和水温对剩余污泥产率的影响。结果表明,剩余污泥表观产率(Y obs)随进水SS/BOD5值的增加而增大,随污泥负荷的提高而增大,随温度的升高而减小;15和20℃时的合成产率(Y)相近,大于30℃时的;衰减系数(K d)随温度的升高而增大。当进水SS/BOD5值为1.18和1.954时,Y obs值分别为0.509和0.745 kgVSS/kgBOD5;当污泥负荷为0.152和0.181 kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d)时,Y obs值分别为0.42和0.45 kgVSS/kgBOD5;当水温分别为15、20和30℃时,Y obs值分别为0.53、0.52和0.50 kgVSS/kgBOD5,Y值分别为0.73、0.72和0.69 kgVSS/kgBOD5,K d值分别为0.022、0.023和0.025 d-1。The excess sludge yield of Bailonggang Wastewater Treatment Plant in Shanghai was studied in pilot-scale tests. The influences of influent quality, sludge loading and wastewater temperature on excess sludge yield were investigated. The results indicated that the observed yield ( Yobs ) of excess sludge increased with influent SS/BOD5 and sludge loading, and reduced with temperature. The synthesis yield (Y) was similar at 15℃ and 20℃, which was higher than that at 30℃. The decay coefficient (Kd ) increased with temperature. When the ratio of influent SS/BOD5 was 1.18 and 1. 954, Yobs was 0. 509 and 0. 745 kgVSS/kgBODs, respectively. When sludge loading was 0. 152 and 0. 181 kgCOD/ ( kgMLSS·d) , Yobs was 0.42 and 0.45 kgVSS/kgBOD5, respectively. When the wastewater temperature was 15℃ , 20℃ and 30℃ , Yobs was 0.53, 0.52 and 0.50 kgVSS/kgBOD5, Y was 0.73, 0.72 and 0.69 kgVSS/kgBOD5, and gd was 0.022, 0.023 and 0.025 d^-1, respectively.
