摘　　要：曾康霖教授是中国著名的金融学家、经济学家,他始终坚持将马克思主义经济金融基本原理与西方金融理论的科学成分和中国金融改革发展的实践相结合,在教书育人的同时,注重金融学科、经济前沿学科和跨学科研究,积淀了基于中国金融实践的理论体系,取得了斐然的成就,成为当代金融学科的擎旗者,赢得了学术界广泛赞誉,成为公认的金融学大师之一。他关于中国金融问题的学术观点、对金融机构及金融相关率理论的深化、学术研究的思路与方法等,真切地展现中国知识分子在社会经济转型过程中,针对中国经济问题进行的深入思考。Professor Zeng KangLin is famous Chinese financial historians, economists, he always adhere to the mardsm economic and financial basic principle and the western finance theory scientific composition and Cbina＇s financial reform and developnent, combined with the practice in teaching at the same time, pay at-tention to financial discipline, economic frontier disciplines and interdisciplinary research, based on the ac-cumulation of China＇s financial practice theory system, and has got great achievement, become the contem-porary financial discipline the qing guard, has won widespread praise, academic circles become recognized as one of the master of finance. His financial problems about China＇s academic point of view, the financial institutions and financial deepening theory related rate, academic research ideas and methods, etc., really shows a Chinese intellectuals in the face of China＇s economic reform and open policy spring, full of passion, poor study knowledge, all psychosomatic inveslment by theoretical analysis and in-depth thinking.
