摘 要:地震动峰值速度(PGV)作为一个重要的参数在地震工程和工程抗震领域有着广泛的应用。本文收集了PEER-NGA和CESMD等数据库中世界范围内203次地震共5118条水平强震记录,得到了PGV与阻尼比为5%的最大拟速度谱之间的经验统计关系,并与现有的经验关系进行了比较。考察了地震动记录远近场类别、震级和反应谱平滑处理等因素对经验关系计算结果的影响。One of the characteristics of earthquake ground motions of considerable interest to engineers and seismologists is the peak value of horizontal ground velocity. Simple and powerful predictive relations between peak ground velocity (PGV) and the 5%-damped maximum pseudo-spectral velocity (max(PSV) ) are presented based on regression analysis of 5118 horizontal records from 203 earthquakes. The empirical relationships proposed by Newmark and Bommcr are testi- fied and contrasted using those earthquake records. The influence of near-and far-field category of the records, magni- tude of earthquakes, the spectra smoothing and so on were also examined in detail.
