摘 要:首先就《建筑工程抗震性态设计通则(2004)》和现行《建筑抗震设计规范(2010)》中一些章节的关键条文进行了对比分析;其次应用PKPM软件就某四层混凝土框架结构按照《建筑抗震设计规范(2010)》的要求分别进行了重要性类别为甲、乙、丙类时的抗震设计;同时参照《建筑工程抗震性态设计通则(2004)》的规定进行了重要性类别分别为甲、乙、丙类时的抗震性态设计;最后针对各种设计结果和数据,分析探讨了采用现行规范和性态规范以及分类进行工程设计的经济性和合理性,以期能为规范的修订和设计人员进行基于性态的抗震设计提供些参考依据。Firstly, this paper compares and analyzes some of the key provisions of General Rule for Performance- based Seismic Design of Building (2004) and the current Code for Seismic Design of Buildings (2010) ;Secondly, by PKPM, this paper designs a four-story concrete frame structure in accordance with the Code for Seismic Design of Buildings requirements meeting the importance of category A, B, C ; At the same time, this paper designs a frame structure in accordance with the General Rule for Performance-based Seismic Design of Building requirements meeting the importance of category A, B, C; Finally, according to the final results and data, this paper analyzes and discusses the economy and rationality of engineering design with current code or performance-based code and different classification, in order to give some reference for the code revision and designers to make the performance- based seismic design
