摘 要:采用两釜连续工艺,以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)和偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯(AIBME)复合引发剂合成聚合物聚醚多元醇(POP),并与使用单一引发剂合成POP的物性、后处理过程中的结晶量进行了对比。结果表明,复合引发剂引发效果不低于单一引发剂,能够解决后处理过程结晶堵塞管路问题,其AIBN与AIBME质量比为35/65时,已没有结晶现象,从降低成本角度考虑,优选AIBN与AIBME质量比为50/50~45/55。从生产的总体成本和长远效益来看,复合引发剂较单一引发剂优势明显。Using the AIBN/AIBME composite initiator, the polymer polyol(POP) was prepared with two-reac- tor continuous process and comparing physical property of the POP which prepared with single initiator and crystalli- zation in the process of post treatment. The results showed that composite initiator effect was not less than single ini- tiator and solved the problem of crystallization plugging of pipeline on the post-treatment process. Using AIBN and AIBME mass ratio was 35/65, the pipeline had no crystallization. The Optimization of AIBN/AIBME was 50/50 ~ 45/55 could reduce the production costs. The composite initiator had obvious advantage comparing with the single initiator from the overall cost of production and the long-term benefits.
