摘  要:某湿法炼锌厂浸出锌过程中产出的浸出渣中含有银、铁、锌、铜等有价金属,采用酸浸—浮选联合工艺回收银后的溶液中,Cu、Zn、Fe质量浓度分别为1.0、11.05和91.56g/L,硫酸质量浓度约为155g/L。研究了用双极膜电渗析法将残酸质量浓度降到30g/L以下,同时回收酸;脱酸后的浸出液用黄钠铁矾法和中和水解法除铁及硫化法沉锌和铜。最终铁去除率达96.32%,获得品位为19.71%的铜精矿和品位为40.40%的锌精矿。The zinc leaching residue produced in the process of zinc hydrometallurgy contains silver, ferrum,zinc,copper and other valuable metals. There are Cu (1.00 g/L) ,Zn (11.05 g/L) ,Fe (91.56 g/L) and sulfate acid (155 g/L) in the solution after silver iss recovered by acid leaching--flotation process. By bipolar membrane electrodialysis process, the residual acid in the solution was reduced to below 30 g/L. Iron in the deacidification liquor was removed by jarosite and neutralizing hydrolysis process,then zinc and copper were recovered by sulfurization-precipitation method. Removal rate of iron reaches 96.32%,copper concentrate grading 19.71% and zinc concentrate grading 40. 40% were obtained.
