摘  要:甘蔗是我国主要的糖料作物,目前我国甘蔗机械化收获技术水平较低导致蔗糖生产成本较高;而剥叶关键技术研究是甘蔗机械化收获技术发展的关键环节之一。针对上述问题,分析了国内外关于甘蔗整秆剥叶关键技术与剥叶机理的研究现状,指出叶鞘剥离机理是甘蔗整秆剥叶关键技术研究的重点内容。同时,提出了3个拟解决的关键科学问题:①叶鞘的基本破坏强度和破坏形式以及叶鞘剥离机理;②剥叶元件对叶鞘的破坏作用机理及其运动状态方程与动力学模型;③基于叶鞘剥离机理理论的甘蔗整秆剥叶关键技术。Sugarcane is the main sugar crop in China.At present,the sucrose cost in China is higher than that of world average.The main reason is that mechanization level for sugarcane harvesting is too low.Study on key technology of whole stalk sugarcane leaf-stripping is one of the key parts of the development of the sugarcane harvesting mechanical technology.For above problems,the research status on both domestic and overseas whole stalk sugarcane leaf-stripping was analyzed.Study on the leaf sheath-stripping mechanism is the main content of research on key technology of whole stalk sugarcane leaf-stripping.Three key issues are presented as followings:(1) the fundamental failure strength,fracture forms of leaf sheath and its mechanism;(2) the fracture mechanism of leaf sheath under the action of leaf-stripping elements and its motion state equation and the dynamic model and(3) key technology of whole stalk sugarcane leaf-stripping based on the theory of leaf sheath-stripping mechanism.
