基于蓝牙技术的堆肥发酵仓参数检测系统的设计

摘　　要：针对当前堆肥发酵仓参数检测的不便性,设计了以C8051F020单片机为下位机、主控计算机为上位机的无线参数检测系统。下位机采集温度、速度、pH值、电导率以及含氧量信号并计算出具体数值,通过BF10-I型蓝牙模块传送,蓝牙USB适配器接受数据后传送给主控计算机,完成参数检测。试验结果表明,该系统误差较小、可靠性较高,能够满足堆肥发酵参数检测的要求。For inconvenience of current fermentation tanks parameters detection,designing the wireless parameter detection system which regards C8051F020 microcontroller as lower-computer and regards the main control computer as upper-computer.The lower-computer gathers speed,temperature,pH value,conductivity and oxygen signal and calculates the concrete value,through the BF10-I bluetooth module transmission,bluetooth USB adapter transmits to the main control computer after receive data,completes the parameter detection.The test results show that the error is small,the reliability is high,can satisfy the detection parameters of composting fermentation requirements.
