摘 要:本文基于snell’s定理和能量守恒定律,通过数值分析得到自由曲面模型。在模拟分析单颗LED模组照度均匀性和光能利用率基础上,重点探讨多颗LED模组的排列方式和排列参数对光照度均匀性和光能利用率的影响。结果表明:排列方式对照度均匀性和光能利用率的影响较小,但LED间的距离对两者的影响较大。对于6颗LED模组系统的矩形排列方式,光能利用率随排列距离增大逐渐减小,照度均匀性随距离的增大呈现先减小后上升再减小的变化趋势;而对于环形排列方式,光能利用率随距离增大而减小,照度均匀性出现随距离增大而减小的变化趋势。Based on the snell's law and the theorem of conservation of energy, a free form surface model is obtained by the numerical simulation. According to the results of the illumination uniformity and the efficiency of light energy utilization of a single LED module, the influences of the patterns and parameters of the arrangement of the multi-LED module on the illumination uniformity and the efficiency of light energy utilization are discussed. The results show that the patterns of the arrangement have less effect on the illumination uniformity and the efficiency of light energy utilization than that of the separations among LED modules. For the rectangular arrangement of 6-LED module system, as the separations among modules is increased, the efficiency of light energy utilization gradually decreases, whereas the curve of the illumination uniformity exhibits a fluctuation. For the ring-shaped arrangement, the efficiency of light energy utilization and the illumination uniformity decrease with the increase of the separations.
