摘　　要：近年来,江苏省农产品出口一直保持稳定增长。2012年江苏省农产品出口额达到30.6亿美元。外商直接投资对江苏省农产品出口的促进作用明显,利用农业FDI促进江苏省农产品出口。In recent years,the exporting of agricultural products in Jiangsu Province has maintained steady growth. In 2012,the exports of agricultural products reached three billion and six hundred million US dollars. Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has playing an increasingly important role in promoting the exporting of agricultural products. Based on the statistical analysis of agricultural products exporting, this article analyzes the correlation between the FDI and the exporting of agricultural products in Jiangsu,and carries out the empirical study with the Linear Regression Model. As already stated,some suggestions fostering the exporting of agricultural products in Jiangsu by taking the advantage of FDI.
