摘 要:为了开发轿车保洁技术和保洁剂,以小轿车表面为研究载体,在轿车不同位置采集粉尘。采用光学显微分析系统,对轿车表面不同位置黏附的粉尘参数进行统计分析,得出轿车表面不同位置黏附粉尘的各参数特征。在与测尘位置对应的轿车表面涂抹1组以表面活性剂为主要添加剂的溶液,并进行对比试验。结果表明,所选表面活性剂浓度对轿车表面黏尘的影响较大。In order to develop the cleaning technology and cleaning agents for car surface, the paper is intended to introduce its investi- gation of the dust adhesive degrees to the car surface. By collecting dust samples from the various positions of the ear and analyzing them with the optical microscopic analysis software, we have obtained the dust parameters adhering to the different points of the car and makingclear their characteristic features. As a result, we have found that the dusts adhere to the surface of the car in different air pressures and different clinging tightness to the surface. Whereas the smaller dust particles adhere to the low pressure areas, the larger ones tend to ad- here to the higher pressure zones. The greater the inclination of the surface is, the cleaner the surface of the car will be. On the other hand, we have found that different solutions of surfactants, such as hydrophilic, hydrophobic and fluorine surfactants, at various concen- trations are likely to have obvious effects on the adhesive degree of the said samples. Furthermore, we have also detected that different con- centrations of the same kind of surfactants tend to have different ef- fects on the dust adhesion. Comparing the three surfactants mentioned above, the adhesive inclination of the hydrophobic surfactant to the dusts proves to be rather smaller, whereas the surface coated with hy- drophilic surfactants has the greatest rate change of the surface clean- liness after being rinsed. When inorganic agents were added to" the same kind of surfactants, it is found that even lower concentrated sur- factants may have greater cleaning effects. However, they prove to make little change in the dust particles adhered to the surface when NaC1 or NH4C1 are added to the solution of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS).
