摘  要:信息不对称是造成医患矛盾的重要原因之一,通过"三级宣传预防"策略,可缓解因信息不对称造成的医患矛盾。一级宣传预防为医疗主管部门的"三普及",即是疾病常识的普及,相关医疗卫生法律法规的普及,健康意识的普及;二级宣传预防为医疗机构的"三加强",即是加强疾病宣传的力度,加强导医和分诊的宣传作用,加强医务工作人员的工作监督;三级宣传预防为医务工作者的"三关注",即是关注诊疗过程的规范性,关注病患的真实诉求,关注病患的心理健康。information asymmetry is one of the main factors contributing to doctor-patient conflicts. Through "3 Levels publicity and Prevention.Can allieviate doctor-patient conflicts due to information asymmetry. 1st level publici- ty and prevention is to provide "3 popularity" on the part of the medicare administrative sector, namely popularity of common sense of diseases, popularity of relevant medical health laws and regulations, and the popularity of health awareness. Secondary publicity and prevention is 3 strengthening on the part of the medicare organizations, that is strenthening the intensity of disease propaganda, strenthening the function of medical guidance and triage, and stren- thening supervision to medicare staff. 3rd level publicity and prevention is 3 attentions to medicare staff, that is atten- tion to the the standarization of diagnosis and treatment procedures, attention to patients' demands, and attention to patients' mental health.
