摘　　要：目的:探讨锁定钢板治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用锁定钢板切开复位内固定治疗锁骨骨折33例,随访分析患者术后切口愈合,术后6个月疼痛感,对日常生活等影响并进行constant评分。结果:切口均Ⅰ期愈合,术后6个月仍有疼痛3例,轻度疼痛8例;无疼痛22例,对日常生活有影响及轻度影响者4例,constant评分为92.7分。结论:锁定钢板治疗锁骨骨折可靠有效,对骨折愈合影响较小。Objective：To investigate clinical value of locking compression plate （LCP）in treatment of the clavicle fractures.Method：33 cases of clavicle fracture were treated by internal fixation with the LCP. Follow-up analysis of pa- tients with postoperative wound healing, after 6 months of pain, and effects on daily life and make constant score.Re- suit：After six months, all incisions were healed well, 3 cases are still in pain, mild pain in 8 cases, no pain in 22 cases, and mild impact on daily life affected in 4 cases, constant score was 92.7.Conclusion：Locking plate for treatment of clavicle fracture is reliable and effective, with less impact on fracture healing.
