摘　　要：针对信息网络环境对图书馆过程系统管理的新要求,文章提出了构建适应信息网络环境要求的评价模型,探讨图书馆从传统管理转向新型的过程管理,介绍了过程管理的内涵和特征,建立了图书馆过程系统管理评价模型,提出了评价模型中的数据统计处理和信息分析反馈的具体措施。According to the new requirements for the management of the library system of the information network environment, the paper puts forward the evaluation information network to adapt to environmental requirements model, discusses the library from the traditional management to process management model, introduces the concept and characteristics of process management, establishes library system management evaluation model, and puts forward some concrete measures for evaluating model of the data analysis statistical processing and information feedback.
