莪术油微球对犬呼吸、血压、心电的影响

摘　　要：观察莪术油微球对犬呼吸、血压、心电的影响 ,探索该制剂介入用药安全性。麻醉犬经肝动脉介入莪术油微球 (0 .1 0 g/只和0 .0 3 g/只 ) ,并设明胶微球及莪术油作比较 ,有关指标的变化在六导生理记录仪上记录。结果显示 ,莪术油微球、明胶微球对犬上述指标影响不明显 (P >0 .0 5) ;随着观察时间的延长 ,莪术油(6.4 μL/kg)介入有减慢动物呼吸频率的趋势 ,但无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5)。说明肝动脉介入莪术油微球对犬呼吸、血压、心电无明显影响 ,提示莪术油微球肝动脉介入主要在局部起作用 ,对全身副作用小。The effect of microspheres of aromatic turmeric oil(ATO)on respiration,blood pressure and ECG in dogs was observed and its safety for intervention therapy was probed.ATO microspheres was intervened through hepatic artery of anaesthetized dogs(0.01 g or 0.03 g each dog), with gelatin microspheres and ATO served as control. The changes of the above indexes were recorded with a six-lead physiological recorder.The results showed that the effects of ATO microspheres and gelatin microspheres on the above indexes were not obvious(P> 0.05 ).As the observation time was on, ATO( 6.4 μL/kg) had a trend to slow down the frequency of respiration of respiration, but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05 ).It is indicated that ATO for intervention therapy exerts only local action,and the systemic side effect is little.
