摘 要:与传统TIG焊相比,超声-TIG复合焊在铝合金及不锈钢焊接中可提高焊接效率、改善焊缝组织和力学性能,应用前景广泛.然而受超声振幅大小和耦合方式限制,超声作用效果有限.针对该问题,提出凹面聚焦式变幅杆.利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件优化凹面曲率半径,确定为21 mm.对聚焦式复合焊枪声场分布进行模拟.结果表明,与平面相对比,聚焦式变幅杆可改善声压分布,工件表面处声压幅值也由14.81 kPa增加到77.489 kPa,提高近5倍.利用聚焦式复合焊接装置进行焊接试验,与同参数平面复合焊接系统所得试验结果相比,焊缝熔深增加,接头晶粒更细小,抗拉强度提高,超声作用效果更显著.Ultrasonic assisted tungsten inert gas( TIG)welding has been recently developed. Compared with traditional TIG welding method,it can improve welding efficiency,refine crystal grain and improve the tensile property of welded for aluminum alloy and stainless steel. But,the effect of ultrasonic wave is limited by amplitude and coupled manner. The radiative surface was designed into a concave circular one to solve this problem. The focusing horn was designed by the finite element software of COMSOL Multiphysics. The curvature radius of concave was 21 mm. The state of acoustic field in both focusing UTIG welding process and conditional U-TIG welding process were analyzed. The results showed that the design of concave could improve the distribution of acoustic pressure and the maximum of acoustic pressure on the surface of workpieces increase from 14810 Pa to 77 489 Pa. Experimental results of focusing and conditional U-TIG welding of aluminum alloy showed that the design of concave had the effect of increasing the weld penetration,refining the grain and improving the tensile strength of welded joint.
