Effect of Electroacupuncture Intervention on Blood-lipid,High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein and Adiponectin Levels in Hyperlipidemia Rats

摘  要:目的:观察手针和电针对高脂血症大鼠血脂、超敏C反应蛋白(HS-CRP)、脂联素(ADPN)的调节作用及作用机制。方法:健康成年Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常组、模型组、手针组、电针组,每组8只。采用高脂饲料饮食造模,平均每只大鼠进食30g/d,连续喂养40d。手针组针刺大鼠"后三里"和"中脘"穴,电针组针刺并用电针刺激,每次20min,1次/d,连续治疗4周。全自动生化分析仪测定各组大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的含量,采用免疫散射比浊法检测血清HS-CRP含量,应用酶联免疫法检测ADPN水平。结果:模型组血清TC、TG、LDL-C、HS-CRP的含量显著高于正常组(P<0.05,P<0.01),HDL-C、ADPN的含量显著低于正常组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。手针组、电针组TC、TG、LDL-C、HS-CRP的水平显著低于模型组(P<0.05,P<0.01),HDL-C、ADPN显著高于模型组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。手针组TC、TG、LDL-C、HS-CRP的水平高于电针组(P<0.05),ADPN显著低于电针组(P<0.05)。结论:电针和手针可以有效地调节高脂血症大鼠的血脂水平,并可以降低血清HS-CRP水平,升高血清ADPN水平。电针疗效优于手针。Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) stimulation of "Zusanli" (ST 36) and "Zhong- wan" (CV 12) on blood-lipid, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (HS-CRP) and adiponectin (ADPN) levels in hypedipidemia rats, so as to study its mechanisms underlying improvement of hyperlipidemia. Methods Thirty-two male Wistar rats were ran- domly divided into control group, model group, manual acupuncture group and EA group (n = 8 in each group). Hyperlipedemia model was established by feeding the rats with high fat diet for 40 days. Manual acupuncture and EA stimulation were separately applied to unilateral "Zusanli" (ST 36) and "Zhongwan" (CV 12) ,once daily for 4 weeks. Serum triglyceride (TG), total choles terol (TO), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels were determined by chromatometry, and serum HS-CRP and ADPN contents detected by immunity turbidimetric method and euzymelinked immunosor bent assay, respectively. Results Compared with the control group, serum TC, TG, LDL-C and HS-CRP levels were signifi cantly upregulated in the model group (P〈0.05, P〈0.01), while serum HDL-C and ADPN levels remarkably reduced after mo- deling (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). In comparison with the model group, serum TC, TG, LDL-C and HS-CRP contents were considera-bly decreased in both manual acupuncture and EA groups (P〈0.05, P〈0.01), and serum HDL-C and ADPN contents were evi dently upregulated in the manual acupuncture and EA groups (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). The effect of EA in decreasing serum TO, TG, LDL-C and HS-CRP, and increasing serum ADPN was superior to that of manual acupuncture (P〈0.05). Conclusion EA intervention has a remarkably positive effect on hyperlipidemia by reducing serum TO, TG, LDL-C and HS-CRP contents and up- regulating serum HDL-C and ADPN levels in hyperlipidemic rats.
