摘　　要：依法行政是依法治国的重要组成部分和核心内容。在准确把握依法行政基本内涵的基础上,深化依法行政所应遵循的基本理念,规范行政行为,对于推进和加强当前我国的依法行政工作具有重大意义,也是对实现全面建成小康社会和全面深化改革开放目标提出的新要求。Administration according to law is an important part of the rule of law and the core content.Accurately grasp the basic connotation of administration according to law,based on the deepening of administration according to law should follow the basic idea,standardize administrative actions for promoting and strengthening the current administration in our country is of great significance,but also to achieve a comprehensive well-off society and comprehensively deepen reforms opening goal of the new requirements.
