摘　　要：2012年世界苯胺生产能力已超过500万t/a,主要用于生产MDI;我国的苯胺生产厂家约有20多家,总生产能力约为210万t/a.华东地区是我国苯胺的主要生产地,山东、江苏、上海等地的生产规模占据了全国70％～80％的份额.概述了苯胺生产硝化技术、还原技术及催化剂;阐述了国内外苯胺合成技术进展、消费现状与发展预测.随着未来MDI的快速发展,消费结构调整加快.分析国内外市场与发展,对我国苯胺工业发展提出一些建议.The global production capacity of aniline is over 5000 kt/a in 2012,mainly used for MDI.The domestic manufacture factory is over 20,production capacity of aniline is 2100 kt/a.Eastern China is the main production areas,the scale of production in Shandong,Jangsu and Shanghai shares of 70％～80％ the national total production capacity.The article describes the nitration technology,reduction technology and catalyst,introduces the progress of production technology,current consumption and market status.The consumption structure of aniline will be readjusted with the rapid developing of MDI industry in future.Analyses the market and development trend of aniline,and puts forward some suggestions for developing the production of aniline in China.
