2型糖尿病患者血清尿酸与白蛋白尿及代谢异常的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨T2DM血清尿酸(SUA)水平与UAlb及代谢异常的关系。方法对1363例T2DM住院患者的病历资料进行回顾性研究。结果正常白蛋白尿、微量白蛋白尿、大量白蛋白尿SUA水平分别为(312.18±82.31)μmol/L、(311.86±86.27)μmol/L、(361.94±99.40)μmol/L。SUA水平与年龄、性别、BMI、TG、HDL-C、HbA1c相关。结论 T2DM患者高SUA水平与UAlb及代谢异常有相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation of serum uric acid （SUA） with UAlb and metabolic disorders in patients with T2DM. Methods In a retrospective study, the SUA level and 24 h UAlb quantitative determination of 1363 T2DM patients were analyzed, and other metabolic parameters including BMI, lipid profile, and HbAlc were assessed as well. Results The SUA levels of normoalbuminuric,mieroalbuminurie and macroalbuminuric patients were （312.18 ± 82.31 ）μmol/L, （311.86±86.27）μmol/L,and （361. 94±99.40）gmol/L. There was a significant correlation of SUA level with age,gender,BMI, TG, HDL-C, and HbA1 c. There was no findings in the significant correlation of the SUA level with cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol. Conclusion The higher SUA concentrations are correlated with a higher level of UAlb and metabolic disorders in T2DM patients.
