摘  要:以钛酸四丁酯为主要原料,无水乙醇做溶剂,冰醋酸做抑制剂,盐酸做负催化剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2.正交试验分析研究了溶剂量,加水量,抑制剂量,凝胶温度,搅拌速率等对TiO2溶胶-凝胶形成过程以及凝胶时间的影响,总结出了制备稳定溶胶的制备工艺及影响TiO2光催化性能的主要因素.结果表明:从经济性角度考虑,凝胶时间应控制在15~25h,可以确定影响顺序为:水>反应温度>冰醋酸>乙醇>搅拌速度,实验最佳比例为钛∶乙醇∶水∶冰醋酸=3∶ 25∶ 2∶1.2,最佳反应温度为25℃.在以上合成条件下,450℃条件煅烧后,投入0.2g催化剂光降解10mg/L的甲基橙光降解效果最好.The nano-TiO2 photocatalytic materials were prepared by sol-gel method with Ti(OC4 H9 )4 as the main raw material, C2 H5 (OH)as solvent, CH3COOH as inhibitor and HC1 as catalyst. The effects of solvent amount, water amount,inhibitory dose,gel temperature and stirring rate on the sol-gel process and gel time of TiO2 were studied by orthog- onal test, and synthetic process of stable sol and main factors of performance of the materials were summarized. The results showed that gel time should be controlled between 15h to 25h,the best ratio was Ti : ethanol : water : acetic acid=3 : 25 : 2 : 1.2, and the order of influence of gel time was water, reaction temperature, acetic acid, ethanol and stirring speed. The best reaction temperature was 25℃. The degradation rate of 10mg/L methyl orange with 0. 2g TiO2 catalyst was very high under the optimal synthetic conditions.
